Taylor says pitcher was born in Oct. '72

Chicago -- Milwaukee Brewers left-hander Valerio De Los Santos is
3 years older than the club thought, general manager Dean Taylor said
Saturday.
De Los Santos' birthday is listed as Oct. 6, 1975, in the team's
media guide. But when De Los Santos, a native of the Dominican
Republic, recently had his papers inspected by U.S. Customs officials
upon re-entering the country, they determined that he was actually
born on the same date in 1972 and so is 29 instead of 26.
That means that when the Brewers signed De Los Santos to a free-
agent ...
