White sauce gives lasagna more meat

Mara Doughty, via e-mail, and Carol Lambert, Mishicot, sent recipes for "white lasagna" as requested by Norb Schoofs, Oak Creek.

Doughty wrote: "This is my mom's recipe, she's made it for years and it's delicious. I've made it several times and found it easy to make substitutions, it freezes well so can be made in advance."

Lambert wrote: "I have no idea where I got this recipe, but have used it many times for my family and they do enjoy it. It does have some tomatoes but since this is combined with the meat, the white sauce covers it up."
