Team hasn't ruled out re-signing Levens

Green Bay -- Although the Green Bay Packers haven't closed the door on Dorsey Levens' return entirely, their search for a backup running back behind Ahman Green might have ended last week when they signed Jason Brookins.

Brookins, 26, agreed to terms on a two-year deal for the minimum wage with the Packers on May 31, 11 days after being released by the Baltimore Ravens. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Buffalo Bills were also reportedly interested in him as a backup.
