Figueroa goes on disabled list

Cincinnati -- Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Nelson Figueroa will miss his next two scheduled starts after he was placed on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday, and the team isn't certain who will take his place in the rotation.

Figueroa suffered a sprained ankle while shagging balls at batting practice Tuesday at Cinergy Field when his cleat caught on a rubber strip on the boundary of the warning track.
