In this town, where beer bellies outnumber stars in the sky, dieting looms large, especially at the opening of bathing suit season.

Keeping track of calories in food is easy as pie, but before stepping into your Speedo, consider the calories in the wine you drink with dinner. And contemplate the inches owed to the gin and tonic you enjoy out on the deck.
