Green Bay -- These days, Frank Winters walks around the Green Bay Packers' facilities with the excitement of a new hire at the local plant.

Starting at center for the Packers is good work if you can get it.

Right now, Winters has it and he's enjoying every minute of it. Once the foreman of the Packers' front line, Winters was introduced last summer to the stark reality of being a 37-year-old in a young man's sport.
