'Faith-based' initiative reaches out to congregations

Planned Parenthood and its sex education programs could be coming
soon to a church or synagogue near you.
In a turn-the-tables maneuver aimed squarely at religious
conservatives, the group known for its liberal posture on
reproductive issues is reaching out to places of worship in the
Milwaukee area.
Crafted to answer Planned Parenthood's critics, the effort to find
new audiences of young people is called a "faith-based initiative" --
a not-so-subtle reference to President Bush's move to fund socially
