Know your rights, and read everything, experts say

Going through his credit card bill a few weeks ago, David Glaz was
startled to find charges for a few items he had not purchased.
So Glaz, a 42-year-old account manager for a computer firm who
lives in Oak Creek, called the company that issued the card, First
Consumers National Bank, or FCNB, in Portland, Ore., to complain.
Eventually, the charges were removed.
But Glaz's experience illustrates an important and simple lesson
for the millions of Wisconsinites who receive credit card ...
