Q. Do you have suggestions for job interviews that focus on what you ask rather than what you relate?

I once worked at a place where a planning professional used questions -- "Should we review the files on Project A in case we missed something?" -- as a very effective technique to steer her colleague toward the goal she wanted to reach. My real estate agent used this method so well that I wound up paying far more for a better home than I had intended to buy.

So I am wondering about using questions in job interviews -- and in everyday workplace life.
