Chef whips up reply to parfait request
Wednesday, August 13, 2003
Heather Van Roo, Greendale, requested the recipe for lemon grass
parfait served at Grenadier's, 747 N. Broadway. She wrote: "My
husband and I received a wonderful gift recently -- a meal at
Grenadier's restaurant. Everything was wonderful, but the
unforgettable part was the lemon grass parfait for dessert. It
inspired me to plant lemon grass in my garden this summer, and I
would like to make use of it. Would the chef be willing to share his
recipe?"
