Parents sue store, say child's hand was crushed

Waukesha -- The parents of a 6-year-old girl are suing the corporation that owns a Brookfield sporting goods store, accusing it of improperly displaying a 55-pound barbell that allegedly crushed her hand.

Edward and Michelle Hoffman filed the lawsuit against Dunham's Athleisure Corp., Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Aetna U.S. Healthcare, all of Madison.
