Pass the plate -- it's time for a pork chop supper! Baking and
grilling give these recipes juicy results.
Flavorful Crusted Pork Chops
4 (1-inch-thick) bone-in pork chops 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon
pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided) 2 tablespoons Dijon-style
mustard 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1/4 cup minced parsley 2 garlic
cloves, minced 1/4 cup minced onion 1/2 package (8 ounces) sliced
fresh mushrooms 1 1/2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup dry white wine 1
teaspoon tomato paste 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium beef broth
Preparation time: 25 minutes. Cooking time: 20 minutes. Baking
time: 12 minutes.
