Lake Michigan levels remain low

Partly cloudy and slowly warming is the pleasant forecast for today, and the warm-up continues for Thursday. We may experience highs in the 70s Thursday, especially away from Lake Michigan, for the first time this year. The last occurrence of temperatures at or above 70 degrees was on Oct. 20 when the high temperature hit 83 degrees.
