Barbara Schumacher, Waukesha, sent a recipe for a thin crust pizza dough as requested by Rosemary Rose, via e-mail.

Barbara's Easy Pizza Crust

2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup solid vegetable shortening 3/4 cup milk Vegetable oil to coat dough Toppings of your choice

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Cut in shortening until particles are fine. Add milk and stir until dough clings together. Turn out onto floured surface and knead 12 times.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
