Predicting when summer really begins and ends in Wisconsin is
often tricky, but there's one thing that's sure to remain constant
each year -- ragweed allergy season.
From about mid-August through the first frost, typically in mid-
October, people with allergies can expect to experience symptoms such
as nasal congestion, sneezing and watery eyes.
But the warmer weather earlier this month stimulated some ragweed
pollen dispersion, and people allergic to it might be experiencing
