You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream. In fact, it's a regular cacophony out there, but this summer there's one voice that really stands out in the crowd -- Shannon Jackson Arnold's. She's the author of the recently released "Everybody Loves Ice Cream: The Whole Scoop on America's Favorite Treat" (Ennis Books, $19.99).

Arnold, a food and travel writer who lives in Delafield, is a fanatic about ice cream.
