Brothers prepare for city's tennis classic

Glendale -- For all Aaron and Adam Schaechterle of Oconomowoc knew, the players on the court could have been Andre Agassi and Pete Sampras.

To them, the Milwaukee Auditorium was the same as center court at Wimbledon. They grew up thinking the Milwaukee Tennis Classic was just as big as any grand slam event.

"I remember if you played in the parent / child tournament, you got tickets to the championship," said Aaron, twin brother to Adam and a junior at the University of Iowa. "We saw players from Harvard, Cal, Tennessee. We didn't know any better, but we thought that was the big time. We thought that was the top level."
