Nutritionally comfortable comfort foods
As the temperature outside drops, more people feel the need for
warm, comforting foods. Comfort foods often help us remember fond
memories of years gone by; however, they are traditionally high in
fat -- and this is not comforting.
When preparing comfort foods this winter, make a few simple
changes so that when it comes time to shed your winter coat, you
won't have to shed any weight with it.
Remember that your favorite recipes don't have to be changed so
