A recent report by the Public Policy Forum that showed property
values in the seven-county area up 8.9% last year, also offered an
analysis of per capita property wealth in the region.
Not surprisingly for those who know this community, Chenequa, with
a small population and high property value, was at the top of the
list of per capita real estate wealth with $678,092 per person.
Overall, Waukesha County municipalities had the highest per capita
property (real estate) wealth in the region at $109,658 followed by
Ozaukee County with $107,926 of property wealth per person.
