Chicago Earlier in the week, Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie
Guillen groused about having to play a three-game interleague series
in the friendly, but oh-so-retro confines of Wrigley Field.
Apparently, after the surging White Sox added a 5-1 victory over
the Chicago Cubs on Friday afternoon, the compact ball yard is
looking better and better to the White Sox's 41-year-old manager.
"It's not too bad," Guillen joked after the White Sox recorded
their major league-leading 30th victory of the season. "I like it
better today."
Apparently, the White Sox could be playing in the corner sandlot
