THERE IS something in the human psyche that requires both
order and mystery, even when it comes to food.
Children in particular are fascinated by layered casseroles
that allow kids to nibble their way down or cut through as they
choose. You know, lasagna. But while that Italian favorite is
admittedly hard to beat,parents may occasionally long for a few more
