One of last year's major film attractions, "Air Force One" brings
all its tension and energetic airborne sequences to video Tuesday
after posting box-office receipts of about $200 million.
Harrison Ford stars as James Marshall, president of the United
States. Wolfgang Peterson, the director-producer of the film who
also has "Das Boot," "In the Line of Fire" and "Outbreak" on his
list of credits, includes the same level of action and intensity
that he poured into his earlier work.
"Air Force One" also has Glenn Close as the steely vice president
who levels a power play by the secretary of defense. Wendy Crewson
is the first lady, while Liesel Matthews plays the president's
teenaged daughter. ...
