Article: Two snowstorms may bring near-blizzard conditions to state; Milwaukee expects 4 to 6 inches of snow

A one-two punch of winter weather is expected to bring 7 to 11
inches of snow just north and west of Milwaukee County and near-
blizzard conditions elsewhere in Wisconsin through tonight.
Lighter snow south of a line from Jefferson County to Sheboygan
County was expected to accumulate to 2 to 4 inches by this morning.
That will be the jab in the winter combination.
Between 9 and 10 p.m., the National Weather Service reported 1.8
inches of snow had fallen at Hartland, 2 inches in Cedarburg, 1 inch
at West Bend and 3 inches at Madison.
A stronger storm pulling moisture from the Gulf of Mexico should
arrive this afternoon. The weather service projects snowfall amounts
