Augusta, Ga. Paired with Tiger Woods and chasing leader Phil
Mickelson in the final round of the Masters Tournament, Tim Clark
knew few people were paying attention to him Sunday.
"I'm sure I'm the last guy (Mickelson) was worrying about out
there," Clark said.
The 30-year-old South African kept his head down, went about his
business and wound up the surprise runner-up, thanks to his hole-out
from a bunker on the 72nd hole.
Clark's birdie from the sand gave him a 69 and a 5-under-par 283
total. He finished alone in second, two strokes behind Mickelson.
