Article: Zambrano continues road show

Carlos Zambrano continues to be the only true bright spot in the Chicago Cubs' dismal season.

The team's lone all-star selection took the mound Friday night at Miller Park and was able to extend his road winning streak to nine games in the Cubs' 7-2 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers.

Zambrano even escaped without major damage from his nemesis, Brewers slugger Carlos Lee, who entered the night with a .367 average, four home runs and 11 runs batted in against the Cubs pitcher. Lee did manage an RBI single in two at-bats and also had a walk.

But the Brewers could not ruffle the sometimes touchy right- hander, who gave up just two hits over the first five innings.
