Green Lake While some locals say nothing here ever changes or
should new development is quietly but steadily taking shape.
Among the projects due to change the Green Lake landscape and
possibly its fortunes:
-- The $6 million Evensong Spa by Heidel House Resort on 35 acres
across the street from its resort hotel complex. The 15,000-square-
foot spa, surrounded by a nature preserve, will offer massages,
manicures, pedicures, hair styling, a caf and a meditation-oriented
walking labyrinth, said resort manager Scott Krause.
Madison-based developer Fiore Co., which owns Heidel House, also
plans 20 adjacent spa suites, plus two buildings for yet-
undetermined services, he said.
