April Gliniecki, Menomonee Falls, requested the recipe for a
French onion soup from Michael's House of Prime, W278-N2316 Prospect
Ave., Pewaukee.
She wrote: "My husband and I are huge fans of Michael's House of
Prime on Highway SS in Pewaukee. It is our favorite dining spot for
special occasions. I would appreciate the recipe for their onion
soup, which I love."
Ron Peterson, chef, sent the recipe. He said one of the keys to
making this soup taste great is sauting the onion longer to bring out
its best flavor. When correctly cooked, the onions should be
caramelized, but not overcooked.
