And you thought the New Year's festivities ended last month . . .
On the Chinese calendar, the new year the year of the rat will
begin Feb. 19. Several Chinese restaurants in Milwaukee will begin
celebrating before that.
For them, the new year is a time to offer menus featuring
elaborate dishes that don't appear other times of the year. Here
are four restaurants that might be especially worth considering.
