A 31-year-old man was in the County Jail on Monday after he was
arrested for the New Year's Day beating death of a 25-year-old man
in a bar.
Marvin Ray Darby, whose address was unknown, was being held on a
charge of second-degree reckless homicide. Another man, 30, still
was being sought in the case.
