Q: I served this recipe with soup for a New Year's Eve supper and
everyone loved it, but I could feel my arteries clog up as I was
preparing it. Please revise it for me without changing the taste too
drastically.
Baked Garlic-Stuffed Antipasto Bread
1 loaf (16 ounces) unsliced crusty French bread
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/4 cup olive oil
10 large cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed

1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
