Outlook Group Corp. said Wednesday that the sale of its
label-making division to the division's general manager had been
called off because they had been unable to reach a definitive sale
agreement. Outlook Label Systems, based in Neenah, manufactures
pressure-sensitive labels, mailing labels, vinyl identification
cards, coupons and point-of-purchase display products. The letter
of intent for the sale was announced May 22.
"We will continue to operate Outlook Label Systems as a subsidiary
while reviewing its role in our long-term strategic plan," David L.
Erdmann, chairman and president of Menasha-based Outlook Group, said
