If you're partial to the cool, creamy touch and rich flavor that
sour cream can add to a dish, you don't have to give it up in the
name of healthful eating or the quest for that summer swimsuit
figure.
Plain yogurt is often an apt substitution, if you appreciate the
tangy flavor. Or you can blend cottage cheese with a little lemon
