Q: I received this recipe from a friend at work. I have not made
it yet because of the fat it contains. Is it possible to do

Cream Cheese Pound Cake 11/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, room
temperature1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
3 cups sugar6 eggs (divided)3 cups flour1 tablespoon
vanilla extractPowdered sugar (optional) Preheat oven to 325
degrees. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom;
set aside.
In large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese. Mix in sugar and 2
eggs, then stir in flour and remaining eggs. Add vanilla and mix
