Dennis Jacobsen recently challenged auto insurance companies to find a solution to the higher cost of auto insurance in inner city Milwaukee neighborhoods than elsewhere throughout the state {In My Opinion, April 17}. Jacobsen correctly pointed out that automobile insurance costs more for urban dwellers than those living in the suburbs, smaller towns or on the farm.
