Tea time may offer more than just an afternoon break.

Regular, long-term drinking of black tea, along with eating fruit, may offer protection against strokes, according to a study in a recent issue of the American Medical Association's Archives of Internal Medicine.

At the same time, a researcher at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, says dark beer, in addition to black tea, can keep the heart's arteries from clogging. In past research, John D.
