They're huge about 100 pounds and all muscle, with broad chests
and shoulders, big heads and lots of smarts. Get a roomful of them
together and you are happy the Rottweiler is basically a sweet and
gentle animal.
And speaking of roomful, that is just what there was at a recent
meeting of the Badger State Rottweiler Fanciers, the only Rottweiler
club in the Milwaukee area sanctioned by the American Kennel Club.
The Fanciers offer training each Monday evening at the William
Mitchell American Legion Post 388, 3431 W. Lincoln Ave. During the
spring and summer, outdoor training is also offered.
