Hardly anyone knows who James Campbell is. But that soon may change. Like it or not, Campbell may soon be Ross Perot's official running mate.

And he's not happy about it.

Campbell, 69, a retired California computer executive and former Republican, allowed Perot to use his name as a stand-in Reform Party vice presidential candidate on state ballots across the country. He doesn't really want to run. And neither do a number of other people who might be logical candidates.
