Just a mouthful of this mozzarella will convince you: There's
nothing like the real mozzarella di bufala, made from snowy-white
buffalo milk.
Tender and moist, these little round cheeses are fresh and creamy
tasting, surprisingly unlike any mozzarella made from cow's milk. So
authentic are the cheese's flavors, its Dallas maker was honored at
a symposium on foods of the Mediterranean held in May at the
Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.
Traditional though the recipe may be, the maker of these fresh
