The general public, however, can rest easy because the only damage done by the Rockets is to baseballs and pitchers' egos.

There were plenty of bruised psyches roaming around Bukolt Park on Thursday after South Milwaukee roughed three of Campbellsport's pitchers in a 12-2 victory in the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association summer baseball state title game.

A six-run third inning broke the game open as the Rockets won their first state baseball championship and its first state title in any boys team sport since 1976 when the school's basketball team won
