A Milwaukee man who was wading through Moose Lake with his son is being called a hero after he pulled a drowning 31/2-year-old boy from the water and performed CPR to save the child's life Friday afternoon.

Jeffrey Bialoszynski was carrying his 5-year-old son through the water when he saw a boy floating on his back with water spilling from his mouth.

"I told my son, `Look how easily he's doing that,' " Bialoszynski said.

To his horror, Bialoszynski suddenly realized the child was blue, rigid and drowning.
