Milwaukee real estate investor Daniel J. Katz has expanded his
apartment holdings with two recent purchases totaling around $12
million, real estate sources said.
Katz, who already owns several Milwaukee-area apartment buildings,
this week bought Juneau Village Garden Apartments, 1319 N. Jackson
St., for about $5 million. Katz last week bought Northview
Apartments, 4800 N. Port Washington Road, for $7.1 million, sources
said.
Katz, owner of Katz Properties Inc., declined to comment on the
two deals. In addition to owning apartment buildings, Katz
Properties owns and manages commercial space, including buildings on
N. Downer Ave. and E. Silver Spring Drive.
