Domestic violence doesn't stop when a woman leaves home. It can
follow her to work and sometimes it kills her on the job.
Consider the case of Loretta Huck, who was slain earlier this
month by her estranged husband at the Precious Pub on the south side
as she served drinks. She had filed for divorce the day before.
Or Camille Bailey, who was shot and killed in 1993 by her
ex-boyfriend in the City of Milwaukee's Municipal Building, where
she worked as a duplicating operator.
Cathy Hansen was killed by her estranged husband in the parking
lot of the Oak Creek firm where she worked in 1992.
Employers are realizing that domestic violence is an issue that
