The New York Yankees obviously do their best work when operating
out of a hotel on the road.
Shut down completely in two home games to open the World Series,
the Yankees bounced back Tuesday night in Game 3, topping the Atlanta
Braves, 5-2, at Fulton County Stadium.
Instead of being one game away from a sweep a scenario many
predicted after a pair of one-sided games the Yankees can draw even
tonight in Game 4 when they send unpredictable left-hander Kenny
Rogers to the mound against Atlanta lefty Denny Neagle.
The victory gave the Yankees a 6-0 record on the road this
post-season, establishing a record for consecutive victories away
