Jim Breeden is a lifelong Kentuckian, born and raised in the
basketball-crazy Bluegrass State, where he owns a tire and auto
service center in Mount Washington, 18 miles southeast of
Louisville.
Breeden's heart, however, is in Green Bay.
So is the one-bedroom house he and his wife, Ruth, bought on
Wilson St., where they plan to retire in four years to be closer to
their beloved Packers.
"People around here think I'm crazy for wanting to move to Green
Bay," Breeden admitted in a telephone interview. "Even up there,
people look at me kind of funny. They say, `You're going the wrong
direction, aren't you?' "
They don't understand.
