Shania Twain likes to sprinkle her conversations with words and
phrases like "conquer," "blow you away" and "knock people off their
feet."
Twain, one of the hottest artists in country music, is convinced
she has nowhere to go but up.
"There is a world out there for me to conquer," she said in a
telephone interview from her office in upstate New York. "This is
just the beginning."
That beginning included the massively successful "The Woman in
Me."
Twain and husband-producer-songwriting partner Mutt Lange have
been taking their time with the follow-up. She says a new CD will
likely be out during the first half of 1997.
