Sally Pedersen, New Berlin, sent her recipe for cream cheese pillows as requested by Barb F., Milwaukee.

Pedersen wrote: "This recipe is from the Wisconsin Electric Power Co. Cookbook. It is one of my family's favorites and a must at Christmas time."

Sally's Cream Cheese Pillows 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup sifted flour 1/4 cup thick jam3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar Cream butter and cheese in bowl; blend in flour. Shape into ball. Cover and chill until firm. Roll out to about 1/8-inch thickness on floured board. Cut with 21/2-inch cookie cutter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place cut-out cookies on ...
