They're comfortable with meatless meals but they also love their
burgers.
They clearly prefer the "Big 3" among ethnic cuisines Italian,
Mexican, Asian.
They're a profitable market for foods-on-the-go.
"Meat 'n' potatoes" summed up the eating style of today's older
generation, while baby boomers loved their "chicken 'n' rice." For
Generation X, the defining slogan is "pizza 'n' pasta."
We all have our childhood comfort foods. We all like to think our
generation knows best how to set a great table for family or friends.
But how these 18- to 30-year-old "X-ers" eat says a lot about us
