You might think that everyone who wants a bread machine has one, and that the popularity of this appliance is beginning to wane.

You might be wrong.

At a recent seminar at the International Housewares Show, sponsored by the Bread Machine Industry Association, researchers reported a 320% growth in the sale of bread machines in this country since 1993 and predicted a 43% to 50% growth in bread machine ownership in the next three to four years. It won't be until the next decade that the double-digit growth is expected to slow.
