Hoping to lose some weight for swimsuit season? It pays to know
the diet schemes.
First of all, losing weight is not fast. When you begin losing
weight, you should set realistic goals that can be achieved. Expect
a one- to two-pound weight loss per week.
When losing weight, whether 10 or 50 pounds, the same guidelines
should be followed:
Always begin your day with breakfast. Studies have shown that
people who don't eat breakfast have metabolic rates 4% to 5% below
normal. By skipping breakfast, the end result may be an eight-pound
gain per year.
Try to consume three meals per day or six small meals per day.
