Lois Hartwig, Port Washington, requested the recipe for Chicken
Kick, and Audrey Zahn, West Bend, requested the recipe for a seafood
gumbo, both served at Chancery Pub & Restaurants, which have seven
locations in southeastern Wisconsin. Eric Fix, food and beverage
director, sent the recipes.
